Mr.A.R. Pai i/b M/s.Thodur Law Associates for the Petitioners. Mr.S.R. Ganoo i/b Mr.Rajesh Ravindran for Respondent No.1. CORAM : R.D. DHANUKA, J.

DATE : 25TH AUGUST, 2015.

P.C. :- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to file and/or prosecute appropriate proceedings.

2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.

3.

At this stage Mr.Ganoo, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has pointed out the typographical error crept in paragraph 5 of the order dated 20th July, 2015. It is clarified that in the said order, this Court has recorded the statement made by the petitioners that the petitioners have no objection to offer an inspection of the books of accounts of the firm to the Chartered Accountant as may be nominated by the respondent no.1 expeditiously. The order 1/2

arbp1287-15 dated 20th July, 2015 stands corrected accordingly. 4.

Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the parties have already implemented the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 14th July, 2015 and the same would continue to apply irrespective of the fact that the petitioners have withdrawn this petition. Statement is accepted.
