No ad-interim relief seems to have been granted in this notice of motion. Notice of motion was lodged on or about 11th August 2010. No case also is made out as to why any ad-interim relief, as prayed for, should be granted at this stage since situation between 2010 and today does not appear to have changed.

Notice of motion, therefore, stands dismissed. There is an order dated 14th December 2015 in which it is stated that the plaintiff's Advocates were discharged and on the next date, if the plaintiff fails to appear either in-person or or through Advocate, the suit shall be dismissed.

Therefore, the suit stands dismissed.
