Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondent. Learned Counsel for the respondent opposed the prayer for condonation of delay. In view of the avertments made in the affidavit of support, sufficient cause is made out for the condonation of delay of 32 days. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The appeal shall be placed in the caption of "Fresh Admission" on 29th June, 2016.
