The learned counsel for the defendant Nos.3, 4 and 5 submits that the the defendant No.5-Smt. Saroj Saraogi has expired on 19th November 2018 and the said fact was informed to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks four weeks time to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased defendant No.5 on record.
