In view of the pleadings innocently drafted prayer in Notice of Motion cannot be allowed for the reason the treasure of coins and currency notes with the 1st Respondent University is missing and the issue raised in the writ petition needs to be adjudicated urgently.

Dismissing the Notice of Motion we direct the writ petition to be listed for hearing at the end of the admission board for final hearing on 22nd November 2019. 3.
