Rule was issued in this petition on 22 November 2011. No interim relief, however, was granted. As far back as on 8 June 2015, the Petitioner's Advocate made a statement before this Court that he had no instructions from the Petitioner and that if he did not receive instructions thereafter, he would take necessary steps to seek a discharge. The matter was, thereafter, placed for dismissal. It was, however, adjourned by consent. The matter, thereafter, appeared on 7 June 2018, when none appeared for the Petitioner. Since none appears even today, the rule is discharged and the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. ( S.C. GUPTE, J. ) Pg 1 of 1
