None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that Petitioner is not keen in pursuing this petition. Petitioner is aggrieved by the disconnection of water supply by the Respondents. By an order dated 9th December, 2005 ad-interim relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (b). Liberty was granted to the Petitioner to make an application for a separate water connection or for enhancement of the existing water connection to the Hydraulic Engineer, Mumbai 1 / 2

WP. 2605-05 Municipal Corporation, who was directed to decide the same within three weeks from the date of receipt of such an application. It appears that the Petitioner was either granted separate water connection or enhancement of existing water connection, since no application has been filed thereafter. Had the Petitioner been aggrieved by the rejection of his application, he would have approached this Court. It appears that petition itself has worked out by virtue of the ad-interim relief granted by this Court. Order dated 9th December, 2005 granting ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (b) is, therefore, confirmed, and the petition is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. Sd/- Sd/- [B. P.
