The Court Receiver points out that the Bank of India where the Court Receiver has opened a Demat Account does not have a Trading Account. The bank has recommended that a Trading Account will be opened with Ajcon Global Financial Advisor, 408, Express Zone, A-Wing, Cellosonal Realty, W.E. Highway, Mumbai 400 063 so that the previous terms for purchase for the additional shares of MIIL can be efected.

The Court Receiver will open the necessary Trading Account. It is clarifed that the Court Receiver should ensure that all the charges are also paid from that account. This may be that the part of Rs. 53.75 lakhs will be used to pay the charges but that is unavoidable.
