Without prejudice to the Respondent's rights and contention, Shri Khandeparkar on instructions states that Respondent will deposit sum of Rs.8,00,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Mumbai, within four weeks from today. The amount so deposited will go to the credit of any suit that may be filed by the Petitioner in the appropriate forum. If within four weeks of depositing this amount with the Prothonotary and Senior
