The above Suit is filed seeking a Decree to pay to the Plaintiffs a sum of Rs.100 Crores as and by way of damages for inter alia defaming the Plaintiffs. In other words, this is a defamation Suit.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs has stated that the Defendant has expired on 8th April, 2019. She, therefore, submitted that the right to sue does not survive and sought leave to withdraw the above Suit. APRIL 19, 2023 Aswale
