Applicant claim to be secured creditor of some of the assets of the company in liquidation. Company Application No.494 of 2011 is filed by the Ex-Directors for recall of the order of winding up. Since applicant herein is secured creditor of the company in liquidation, in my view it will be in order and no prejudice to any party will be caused if the interveners are joined as respondent to Company Application No.494 of 2011. Ordered accordingly.
