Mr. Saraf submitted that applicant's mother Shilpa Pradeep Sharma had instituted Testamentary Petition No.815 of 2004 in this Court for obtaining succession certificate in respect of debts belonging to Pradeep Krishnadatta Sharma, hereinafter referred to as "deceased". By order dated 26th October, 2005, grant was issued in favour of Shilpa Pradeep Sharma. 3.

Mr. Saraf submitted that Tithi Sharma, daughter of deceased Pradeep Sharma and Shilpa Sharma was born on 1st September, 1995 and has completed 21 years as on 31st August, 2016. Ms. Tithi Sharma along with Shilpa Sharma wish to

17-JOT-73-2017 withdraw her share deposited with the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay certifying that amount of Rs. 47,510/- is lying in cash with Accounts Officer, and fixed deposit Receipt of Rs. 95,768/- with Bank of India, Main Branch, Fort, Mumbai and Rs. 49,263/- in Fixed Deposit lying with Oriental Bank of Commerce, Fort, Mumbai, in all amount of Rs. 1,45,031/- is the share. He submitted that Rs. 1,45,031/- is the share of Tithi Pradeep Sharma and she may be permitted to withdraw that amount along with cash balance of Rs. 47,510/-.
