The arbitration petition stood disposed of by order dated 22nd July, 2022, but since the direction to pay costs by the respondents to the petitioners was not complied with, the petitioners had moved a preacipe for listing of the present petition. 2.

When the petition is called out for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that in the meanwhile the amount of costs has been paid.
