Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. The petitioner in the writ petition was concerned with change of the date of birth. It appears that the petitioner was reverted. The petitioner has also retired. Be that as it may, as SALUNKE J V none appears for the petitioner consistently, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
