This is an application to bring the legal representatives of deceased-plaintiff No. 6 Megal Marcus Pereira, who passed away on 24th July, 2021.

The application supported by the copy of the death certifcate and affdavit. The application is preferred within the stipulated period of limitation. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Amended copy of the plaint be served on the defendant Nos. 1 and 2 within a week thereafter.
