By consent, the report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.

(b) Cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- be awarded and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver".

The amount towards cost of this report is to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. 3.

The report is accordingly disposed of.
