Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Plaintiffs be allowed to delete the name of Defendant No. 1 ;

Nitin 2 / 2 930-CHS-1244-2015 (b) that the Plaintiffs be allowed to amend the Plaint and proceedings in terms of the Schedule annexed hereto ;

(c) that the Plaintiff be allowed to carry out all consequential and necessary amendments to the Plaint".

Amendments to be carried out on or before 7th December, 2015. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.
