This is a suit filed seeking divorce by mutual consent. The plaintiffs were married on 7 th December, 2014 as evidenced by the Certificate of Marriage bearing Sr.No.146/ 2014 at Exhibit A to the suit. The parties have been living separately from 24 th January, 2020. They have sought dissolution of their marriage under section 32B of the Parsi Marriages & Divorce Act, 1936. They have executed consent terms which is annexed to the petition. 2.

The consent terms reveal that they have mutually agreed to seek divorce. They have no claims against each other. There are no issues from the marriage as set out in paragraph 4 of the plaint. The parties are both present in court. They have tendered separate affidavits of evidence dated RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI th September, 2021. In view thereof I find no reason to decline the relief sought. I have ascertained their decision to proceed with the suit and accordingly I pass the following order :

(i) Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) and in terms of the consent terms forming part of the plaint.

(ii) Marriage between the plaintiffs solemnized on 7 th December, 2014 is hereby dissolved.

(iii) Suit is disposed in the above terms.
