So far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, Mr. Bhalwal appearing for the Respondents states that he has no objection. So far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, Mr. Bhalwal states that it cannot be granted. So far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, it will not be possible for the Court to go into details at this stage. Therefore, it is left to the petitioner to apply to the Arbitrator for costs and it will be open to the Arbitrator to decide the same, in
