"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.

(b) Cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3,000/-, the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver".
