By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take action for the demolition of the unauthorised construction of toilet blocks just behind the flat possessed by the petitioner in the housing society. Ms. Mahadik, the learned counsel for the Corporation states that since the construction was found to be illegal, notices were served on the respondent no.4 for the demolition of the construction. It is stated that since the respondent no.4 has not demolished the construction, till date, the Corporation would take steps for demolishing the same. The learned counsel states on instructions from Mr. Kiran Kumar Annamwar, Assistant Engineer, B & F, G/N who is present in the Court that, the unauthorised construction would be demolished within one month. 1/2

Hence, by accepting the statement made on behalf of the Corporation, which would be binding on the Corporation, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. ( RIYAZ I.
