Heard the Applicant in person. Sheela Rajendra Patil is the wife of deceased - Plaintiff Rajendra Girish Patil, who expired on 28th February 2023. The Applicant and Kaustubh Rajendra Patil are the legal heirs. This Pallavi 1/2

Let it be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.

Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. Interim Application is disposed of.

Parties have settled the dispute amicably.

R.A.E. Suit No.449/860 of 2006 pending before the Small Causes Court was also disposed of on the basis of consent terms. Copy of order is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X".

In view of that, the present Applicant do not want to prosecute the Suit. The Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

Refund of Court fees as per Rules.
