By an order dated 17 June 2015, an undertaking of the learned Counsel for the Applicant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks was recorded. The order also recorded that failing removal of office objections, the matter would be placed before the Company Court for dismissal. The office objections are not removed. The application is, accordingly, placed before this Court for dismissal. None appears for the applicant. The Application is dismissed.
