DATE: 14th February, 2017 P.C.:- 1] The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 05/08/2016, Corporation has processed the application of the Petitioner and is willing to grant sanction provided the Petitioner obtains CRZ clearance from MCZMA. The note-sheet of the Municipal Corporation for Greater Bombay dated 02/02/2017 is taken on record.

2/2 WP/2789/2016 2] In view of the above statement made on behalf of the Corporation, nothing survives in this Petition. The Corporation may grant its sanction to the plans submitted by the Petitioner, after MCZMA grants its NOC.
