Since regular number is given to the Suit, the Plaintiff shall take out Chamber Summons seeking amendment to the above Suit. Though, the suit is transferred to the list of undefended suits against the Defendants, the proposed Chamber Summons will also have to be served on the Defendants. In view thereof, the Chamber Order is disposed of as dismissed with liberty to the Plaintiff to file a fresh Chamber Summons if so advised.
