The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner Mr. Sushil Upadhyay seeks withdrawal of the above Petition in the light of the affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner would however be at liberty to adopt such remedies as are available in law in respect of the grievance as regards the elections which have already been held.
