Ms Chavan appearing for respondents states that she has spoken to Mr. Jitendra Ingle, Tahsildar Baglan, Nashik, who has informed her that he will take possession without fail on 10th October 2022 at 11.00 a.m. Respondent nos.4 and 5 are directed to depute such number of policemen as required at the time of taking possession to ensure maintenance of law and order.

All to act on authenticated copy of this order. Nobody shall insist on certified copy. Petitioner to hand over a copy of this order to respondent nos.4 and 5, who shall, in any event, be informed by the office of the Government Pleader about the passing of this order. Petition disposed. No order as to cost.
