The only relief sought in the aforesaid petition is as under; "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Defendant No.2 to forthwith take action in accordance with law in respect of various such illegal constructions and various other illegalities contrary to the provisions of law in Wakodikar 1/2

27. WP (l) 19165-2022.doc the various flats situated in the building known as Poonam Apartments CHS, situated at Dr. A.B.Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400018 as per the complaints made by the petitioner in accordance with law."

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 - Municipal Corporation states that the complaint filed by the petitioner will be decided in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Corporation, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of this petition and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open. 7.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
