The petitioners-proposed plaintiffs seek leave under Order I Rule 8 of the CPC to institute the suit for enforcement of the obligations of defendants 1 to 6.

On the last two occasions, the matter was adjourned at the instance of Mr. Joshi since he was awaiting instructions of his clients. Even today, there is no progress as between them as far as the settlement is concerned. 3.
