Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. The Chamber Order is taken out for setting aside the order dated 5th June, 2018 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court whereby the Applicants were directed to remove office objections on the Notice Motion and get the same numbered and registered on or before 26th June, 2019, failing which Notice of Motion was to stand rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules.

I have considered averments in the Affidavit in Reply dated 7th August, 2018 and I am satisfied with the reasons given for 1/1

27-CHOL-772-2018.DOC non-removal of office objections. I have also considered the objections on the part of the learned Counsel for the Respondent. I accordingly, considered it fit and proper to allow the Chamber Order by setting aside the order dated 5th June, 2018 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court and direct the Applicants to remove the office objections, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

The Arbitration Petition shall be placed for hearing before the appropriate Court on 1st July, 2019.

The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of with the above directions.
