The petitioners apprehend adverse action against them in view of notice issued by respondent Nos.4 or 5 as the case may be on 16/1/2008. It is expected of the petitioners and the other party concerned to put all their contentions before the concerned authority and the concerned authority shall decide the matter in accordance with law.

Mr.Patki, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for Respondent No.4 and 5 on instructions states that if the parties co-operate in the disposal of the matter, final decision can be by Rajeshwari Subodh Karve Date:
2018.07.30 11:54:58 +0530 Rajeshwari Subodh Karve recorded within a period of 2 months from today. The parties undertake to co-operate with the concerned authority in disposing of rsk 1/2
904-WP-2064-18.doc the proceedings within the period specified as above. It is further stated by learned AGP for respondent nos.4 and 5 that no adverse action shall be taken till final decision on the matter.

In that view of the matter, apprehension expressed by the Petitioners no more sustain. The respondent Nos.4 or 5, as the case may be shall dispose of the proceedings initiated in pursuance to notice dated 16/1/2008 as expeditiously as possible within a period of 2 months from today. With the above directions, the petition is disposed of.
