By consent of parties, this arbitration petition, which is under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, is disposed of in terms of the following order:
The dispute between the parties, which forms the subject matter of the present petition, is referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Vishal Talsania, Advocate, subject to the disclosure and consent of the learned arbitrator. The present arbitration petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to be agitated before the learned arbitrator.
