The learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that this Hon'ble Court has already granted leave under Order 1 Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on 2.8.2017. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs is seeking permission to serve the Defendants by publication in the newspaper.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Plaintiff and affidavit-in- support of the Leave Petition, I am satisfied that the Plaintiff has made out a case for granting the Judges Order. Hence, the same is allowed.
