Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the challenge is to the order dated 6th June 2019 issued by the respondent No.1 bearing Reference No.2854 in respect of the adjudication of stamp duty for the property bearing CTS Nos.1/225 and 3/225 situated at Ganpat Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, G/South Ward, Bombay.

It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondent could not pass any order finally without hearing them and considering their documents. The learned AGP after taking instructions from the concerned Officer made a statement that they

901oswpl2266.doc will pass a final order within three weeks after hearing the parties and considering the documents, if any filed. Hence, I pass the following order: a) Respondent No.1 is directed to pass a final order in respect of adjudication of stamp duty on the property bearing CTS Nos.1/225 and 3/225 situated at Ganpat Kadam Marg, G/South Ward, Lower Parel, Mumbai after hearing the petitioner and considering the documents, if any filed by them.

b) With these directions Writ Petition stands disposed of.
