The present Petition is for Letters of Administration with Will annexed. The deceased, Cecil Victor Pereira, who died on 27th July 1999, is said to have left a Will dated 2nd October 1987. I am told that a separate subsequent Petition No. 1309 of 2018 has been filed by one Rodney Joseph D'Souza for probate of a later Will dated 26th April 1988. The present Petitioner does not propose to contest that Testamentary Petition.

For this reason, he seeks to withdraw the present Petition for Letters of Administration with Will annexed.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
