The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a representation before the Appropriate Authority seeking permission to redevelop "Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Market" under Clause 33(21) of Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2034 for Greater Mumbai.

The Petitioner to file its representation before the Appropriate Authority within a period of four weeks from today. The Appropriate Authority Pg 1 of 2

904.wp.2564.2016.doc shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the same without being influenced by the order dated 7.9.2011 which is impugned in the present Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought. In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Chamber Summons No. 258 of 2018 also stands disposed of.
