1] Heard learned counsel for parties.

2] Learned counsel for Applicants has invited our attention to the order of Division Bench of this Court dated 04.08.2021 and then Paragraph 3 of the application, wherein, a reference is made to the 1/2

(2)IA-1886-21.doc order dated 04.08.2021. He submits that recently Judgment is delivered by the Division Bench of Karnataka High Court in an identical situation. A copy of the Judgment of Karnataka High Court is also placed on record at Exhibit B. It is submitted that the applicants by way of amendment are only raising grounds supporting the contentions already raised in the Petition and are incorporating consequential prayers.

3] The Petition is at admission stage only. In addition to it, the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 04.08.2021 has already permitted the Petitioners to carry out amendment. In view of this fact, following order is passed :

i] Interim Application is allowed.

ii] Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. iii] Amended copy of the Petition to be served to the respondents within two weeks from today.
