Mr.Dwivedi for petitioner states that the board resolution authorizing Mr.Amit Shah as undertaken in paragraph-2 of the order dated 28.8.2018, has been filed. Mr.Dwivedi also relies on an affidavit of one Prantik Sen affirmed on 5.9.2018 confirming advertising the withdrawal of the petition in `Free Press Journal' and `Navshakti' on 5.9.2018. Mr.Dwivedi states that the petitioners have not received any claim or objection pursuant to the notice of withdrawal. Statement accepted.

Petition accordingly stands disposed in terms of consent terms. Registry to return the amount of Rs.10,000/- after adjustments, if any.
