DATE : 17th JANUARY, 2022 (Through Video Conference) P.C:- Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents on instruction states that the Government has filed Special Leave Petition against the common order dated 29th October, 2018 in Writ Petition No.1651 of 2018 (Diary No.11418 of 2019) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court granted stay of the contempt proceedings, if any. He submits that inadvertently the Government has not filed any Special Leave Petition against the said common order in Writ Petition No.1668 of 2018 till date.

Mr.Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner states that admittedly the Government has not filed any Special Leave Petition in the order i.e. order dated 29th October, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 1668 of 2018. 3.
It is made clear that if the Government does not file any Special Leave Petition against the order dated 29th October, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 1668 of 2018 within a period of six weeks from today and produces the stay order, the respondents shall implement the said order dated 29th October, 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1668 of 2018 within eight weeks from today.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
