In pursuance to the directions issued by this Court, respondent No.2 Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay has allotted a tenement to the petitioner. Applicant has also filed an affidavit affirmed on 16th July 2018 in support of the notice of motion.

So far as prayer clause (b) of the notice of motion is concerned, we find that the said issue cannot be considered at an inter-locutary stage. We dispose of the notice of motion by reserving the right of the applicant to raise the issue in prayer clause (b) at the stage of final hearing of the petition.
