Mr. Engineer, in view of the observations made in order dated 31st August 2017 states when the court was pleased to reject the ad-interim relief, without prejudice to plaintiff's rights and contentions, plaintiff will not press for the notice of motion, but will raise all these points at the hearing of the suit.

Notice of motion accordingly disposed with liberty as prayed for. Pleadings in the suit are completed. Therefore, by 24th March 2021 inspection to be completed. If inspection is not given, such party will not be permitted to rely on such document. By 31st March 2021 statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial to be exchanged. If the statement of admission and denial is not given, parties shall be deemed to have admitted the existence of all the documents of the other side. Meera Jadhav
