2) Upon the praecipe by Mr. Chaudhary appearing for respondent no. 6, we do not see any ambiguity or clerical error in the order passed in the writ petition.

3) Once none, including the Chief Executive Officer of the MHADA or its unit express any difficulty in understanding the order and the directions therein, then, we do not entertain such praecipe. The same is disposed of.
