Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though initially the petitioner had opposed the suggestion of the respondents for accepting the agency of the Court Receiver on payment of Rs.3.00 lacs as the monthly rental, the petitioner has no objection if the respondents are offered the agency of the Court Receiver for the payment of Rs.3.00 lacs as monthly rental. None appeared for the original respondents though served.

The Court Receiver is directed to appoint the respondents as an agent of the Court Receiver if the respondents are agreeable to accept the agency on the monthly rental of Rs.3.00 lacs and subject 1/2

crr484-15 to other usual terms and conditions.

The petitioner is directed to pay the costs of Rs.3000/- payable on this application to the office of the Court Receiver within one week from today. It is made clear that if the respondents do not accept the agency of the Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of communication by the office of the Court Receiver, the Court Receiver shall submit a fresh report for further directions from this Court.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
