Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Applicant Company and the Transferee Company be permitted to file the order of approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Acme Amrut Building Developers Private Limited, Acme Amrut Property Developers Private Limited, Acme Residential Complexes Private Limited, Prangan Housing Complexes Private Limited, with Acme Housing India Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of passing the order in this Company Application; ssp 1/2

ca 610 of 2014 (957).sxw (b) that the delay of about 60 days in filing the copy of the order approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Acme Amrut Building Developers Private Limited, Acme Amrut Property Developers Private Limited, Acme Residential Complexes Private Limited, Prangan Housing Complexes Private Limited, with Acme Housing India Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies be condoned".
