This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation dated 14th January 2016 (Exhibit 'K'). 2.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioners' entitlement, we dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the Chief Executive Officer of SRA-Respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as also to the respondent Nos.3, 5, 6 and 7 and all other concerned parties as

Let the decision as aforesaid be taken by the respondent No.2 as expeditiously as possible preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
