P.C. :- P.C. :- Undisputedly, the present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to close down the schools run by Adarsh Bhootpurva Sainik School . Undisputedly, the Petitioner was in employment of the Respondent No.6 and his service has been terminated. Being aggrieved by his termination, the Petitioner has already filed an appeal before the learned School Tribunal.

* 2/2 * 904-WP-20942017.doc Another Petition being Writ Petition No.537 of 2017 filed by the very same Petitioner seeking demolition of the said schools came to be rejected by this Court by order dated 14.9.2017 observing that the said Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to settle his private scores.

For the very same reason, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition at the behest of the present Petitioner. However, we may clarify that we have not observed anything about legality or otherwise of the continuation of the said schools and the authorities would be at liberty to take such steps as found proper.
