We disposed of the Petition on 24th January 2024, allowing it to be withdrawn. We granted liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC"). Inadvertently, the order omitted to mention that the Petitioner would have two weeks' time to move the AGRC and would be entitled to move the AGRC for a grant or continuation of ad interim or interim relief.
