In paragraph no.8 on page no.10, in the 6 th line, the following words shall be deleted :- "it is not possible to file statutory appeal since only a notice of demand has been issued, to which the applicant intends to respond. After such response"

(ii).

In paragraph no.11 on page no.11, reference to the judgment "Pradeep Shyamrao Kakirwar Vs. Dr. Seema Arun Mankar and Ors." and citation in the footnote shall be replaced with "Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. 1/2 Praecipe-ARBAP-225-2016-Speaking to Minutes Order.doc Soparkar

State of Maharashtra & Anr." and "(2018) SCC OnLine Bom 452" respectively.

(iii).

In paragraph nos.26 and 35, a reference to the judgment "Hariom Agrawal Vs. Prakash Chand Malviya" shall be replaced with "Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd. (Supra)" and after the words "Section 7", the words "and 19" shall be added.

(iv).

In paragraph no.37 on page no.32, the words "Section 3(7)" shall be replaced with "Sections 3, 7, 19". (v) In paragraph 40, sub-clause (i), the words "respondent no.1-Carboline (India) Pvt. Ltd." shall be replaced with "parties".

At this stage, learned counsel for the parties agree that a Sole Arbitrator can be appointed.

The order dated 28 th February 2022 shall be deleted and corrected order shall be uploaded.
