This Petition is infructuous. By an order dated 18th July 2019, the learned sole arbitrator terminated the arbitral proceedings. He held that one year period provided in the statute has expired and there was no consent to an extension. He therefore closed the arbitration.

The Petition under Section 29-A will not lie. There is no question of extending the period.

The Arbitration Petition is dismissed.
