Mr. Thorat, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, at the outset, restricts this petition to the relief claimed in terms of prayer clause (a). Prayer clause (a) reads as follows :
a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No. 7 i.e. Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to hear and decide the Application No. by Shalikram Pralhadrao Borey Date: 2018.08.03 18:58:43 +0530 Shalikram Pralhadrao Borey Borey 1/2
spb/ 15wpl2374-18.doc (L). 135 of 2018 filed by the Petitioner within a period of 1 month.
Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has no objection, if hearing of the subject application is expedited. In the light of the above, we find it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No. 7 i.e. Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to dispose of Application (L.) No. 135 of 2018 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of this order.
